Sudden sweet craving? You have 20 minutes ahead?
Great news! We have THE receipe for you, that will only take 20 tiny minutes of your oh so precious time, needs only 3 ingredients (salt doesn’t count, right?) and will elevate you to the status of Goddess (or God… hello you Mr.!) in the eyes of every lucky one who will taste these yummy cookies.
Big plus? They are actually gluten AND lactose free, so everyone will be able to enjoy them!
Preparation: 5 minutes
Oven: 15 minutes
For about 20 small biscuits, you need :
- 1 cup or grounded almonds or hazelnuts
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar (you can remplace by any other sweetener if you wish to stay away from refined sugar)
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch of salt
Preheat the oven 180 C°
Mix all the ingrédients in a big bowl, until you obtenir a thick dough.
Make some small balls of dough of about 1.5cm diameter and put them on an baking plate on some making paper. They are already very yummy just like that, but if you’d like, add a piece of dark chocolate or a raisin or a nut on the top before you put them in the oven. They’ll be event yummier.
In the oven for about 15 minutes (check regularly, as all ovens are different).
