It’s THE perfect, easy, quick and most importantly delicious recipe, and I have this feeling you’re gonna love it. THE EASIEST CHOCOLATE MOUSSE IN THE WORLD. Really, it couldn’t be easier. There’s no added sugar, no cream, and only egg whites, so we actually could consider it dietetic (right?!?) ;).

It’s only made with 3 ingredients and takes 10 minutes to make. Just count a few hours to rest in the fridge.

For 6 people.


  • 200 gr. dark chocolate (% cacao according to what you prefer)
  • 6 egg whites
  • 1 pinch of salt


Melt the chocolate in a pan.

Separate the egg whites from the yellows (you can keep the yellows in the fridge for a few days in a hermetic box and use them later on, or even freeze them) in a big bowl. Add a pinch of salt, and whip the egg whites.

Add the melted chocolate on the egg whites once it’s whipped, delicately mix, cover and leave in the fridge 2-3 hours.
